As a professional tree management company, safety is a major part of our day to day business. As well as working to British Standards BS3998 Arboriculture and HSE guidelines, Canopy Tree Services operates a zero tolerance work ethic concerning accidents cased by neglect, lack of training and non compliance of HSE guidelines approved for our industry.
We aim to recycle 100% of all our waste and where possible convert this waste into useful products that can be of benefit to the local community. Firewood, wood chips, furniture, garden structures, fencing poles et cetera.
All of our tree surgery works have full insurance public liability cover to £10 million and is also carried out with comprehensive health & safety considerations. All our equipment is checked weekly, and LOLER certified every six months.
We have a strong Health & Safety awareness and carry out a comprehensive risk assessment and equipment safety checks for every job. Please ask to see a copy prior to any work being carried out.
All our arborists are NPTC qualified, and either academically or professionally trained or both. Therefore you can be certain that all our tree surgery will be carried out to the highest professional standard.
We use bio-degradable chain oil to help protect the environment, especially important when working around ponds, rivers and streams.
